What is your return policy for fashion frames?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn frames in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made prescription lenses are non-refundable, but the frames themselves can be exchanged or returned.
Do your sunglasses provide UV protection?
Yes, all Volk Optical sunglasses feature 100% UVA and UVB protection to ensure your eyes are shielded from harmful rays while maintaining a high-fashion aesthetic.
How do I know if a frame will fit my face shape?
We provide detailed measurements (lens width, bridge width, and temple length) on every product page. We also offer a Virtual Try-On feature for most of our signature collections to help you find the perfect fit.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer a warranty on your eyewear?
Every pair of Volk Optical glasses comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or scratches resulting from normal wear and tear.
